19th August – Photography Day
India is the country of festivals that binds Hindus together and that are common between all the languages speaking people, states, castes and races in the country. This month is special for Independence Day, Onam (South India), Ramzan Id (Muslim), Janmasthmi (Hindu) and Parsi (Zoroastrian) New Year.
There are very special places for international and country tourists to spend their holidays and vacation on festivals this month. These places are reasons for big festive celebration in the nation. 19th August is photography day and this month brings in all excuses and is special to capture images of the world.
A day is observed for senior citizens on the 8th day of the month and 5th August, the first Sunday is the friendship day. All the events makes this month a very special month to travel and/or to visit kith and kin.
