The caves of Elephanta is reached via Bombay, now Mumbai. The city of caves is 10KMs east of Mumbai harbour. Its located on Arabian Sea and is divided in two groups those are Hindu Group and Buddhist Group. Caves are numbered and are seen cut crafted on huge rocks. The sculptures represents Lord Shiva, god to Indians. A ferry sails you to caves from Gateway of India, Mumbai.
